Trevor and the other gentleman with him were quick, explained everything they were going to do, and also what I needed to do to get our carpet back to normal. A sewage backup from a drain in our laundry room made its way onto our carpet, and we were pretty upset about it. After Black Bear's visit, we were very much at ease. Highly recommend.
